We ship from within the EU and deliver to EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, the UAE, New Zealnd and Australia. Your order will manufacture and ship within 15 business days.

Please find the updated tariff and compliance details for your upcoming shipment from the European Union. Under the U.S.-EU Trade Framework (Effective August 1, 2025), the import process for our machinery has been simplified to provide cost stability.
1. Applicable Tariff Rate: 15% Our machinery (HTS 8438.10) is subject to the 15% All-Inclusive Ceiling Rate.
- This rate is a single, flat duty that covers the entire value of the machine.
- Important Note: Our machine HTS code is excluded from the 50% Section 232 Metal Surcharges Derivative and such surgarge is not applied.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
All refunds of the item sale price will be credited to the same credit
card or paypal account used for the original purchase.
You can return the item within 14 days of receipt.
The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return and it must be in PERFECT condition.
We do not issue refunds before we receive the item back to our address.
Please allow 1-2 days from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited.
We will reimburse up to €55 in shipping costs for returns if the product is reported as damaged due to transportation or any other reason.
OTHER TERMS & CLAIMS
All prices are listed with and without added VAT, depending of your location they will vary. We are committed to shipping your order within the timelines stated in our terms. However, if any unforeseen delay in shipping occurs that falls outside of the stated timeframe, you have the full right to request a complete refund for the amount paid for your order. Should this situation arise, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of your request. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled due to external circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions or inability to service your delivery location; in such cases, a full refund will be issued. Orders placed with bank payment options will be automatically canceled if payment is not completed within five business days of the order or invoice being issued.
