The only personal details we collect about you – our valued customer are your billing and shipping address. Without these details we can not process and deliver your purchase. We share your shipping details ONLY with the shipping company so they can deliver the products you purchased to your front door. We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties besides the shipping company. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and e-mail address.

We DO NOT STORE your credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling and/or sharing this information to any third parties.
We keep our data in a secure and trusted SERVER located in USA.
You can change or close your account any time your information by logging to your account in upper right corner. Once your account has been closed we do not store any longer the information provided upon your registration.


We are always striving to make sure your information is protected. As soon as we receive your information, we use security features and procedures, taking into account industry standards, to protect the personal information that you provide and to prevent unauthorised access to that information.

For example: We also offer secure “https” access to the transnational parts of website (that is to the bits where you are required to provide Directly Provided Data). Sensitive data is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and Brussardo. 

We will do our best to protect your personal data. There are therefore a number of general things we would also recommend that you do. Our shipping time is 15 business days of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified by our payment processors (PayPal or Bank).

Brussardo offers FREE shipping via UPS / DHL -Standard delivery.

    Every shipping is registered, tracking number is supplied with each shipping.


    We currently accept payments by PayPal and Bank Transfer.

    • PayPal: Payments made by PayPal will be processed immediately.
    • Bank Transfer: Choose this method if you prefer to make payment via bank transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference.


    All refunds of the item sale price will be credited to the same credit
    card or paypal account used for the original purchase.
    You can return the item within 14 days of receipt.
    The refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return and decide that it is in PERFECT condition.
    We do not issue refunds before we receive the item back to our address. 

    Please allow 1-2 days from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited. 

    Personalised Items Returns: If an item has been engraved or personalised according to customer’s specifications, this item CAN NOT be returned for exchange or for refund. Such items will be sent back to the customer”s address and will NOT be refunded.



    We will reimburse you for up to 55 euros in shipping costs for return if product is reported as damaged due to transportation or other reason.

    By using our website and purchasing from our online store you (the customer/client) agree on all our terms and also that:

    Due to the instability of the US dollar and its constantly changing course we reserve its rights to change the price of any product at any time. We also reserve our rights to change the price of an already purchased item(s) before we ship it/them to the end customer. If we decide that the real price of the item is different from the price the customer already paid for a given bag(s) we reserve and have the full rights to request more money from the client before we proceed with the item shipping.

    We are trying to keep our reputation and find our place in the global constantly changing marked. We DO NOT DO any kind of false advertising. If we change the price of a given item it is because its price is really different or we made a mistake in our billing system.

    Please note that our 15-business-day shipping estimate is an advisory timeframe. We reserve our right to extend that period if have dificulties with any our supplier parts capability. If that delay ocurs, you as a customers ordered such item, will be notified with an email. The notification will contain the new set date of shipping. Also if any delay occurs, you as a customers have the full right to ask for a full refund of the ammount paid for your order. We will issue a full refund within 24 hours.
