That’s why I was happy to find this dough sheeter. Onee thing may be… I probaly would liked if the board was longer

    This machine effortlessly laminates dough, producing perfectly even layers that elevate my pastries to a professional level. The roller handles even with a little bit of flour the stickiest dough with ease over the sheeter board. Well I use flour for thinner rolling yet. It’s become an indispensable tool in my kitchen, allowing me to create bakery-worthy treats for my family and friends.

The machine’s ability to laminate the dough to a uniform thickness has saved me a significant amount of effort, as it just made it with simplicity. It’s remarkably easy to use, and it is designed perfectly well! Nice work from you guys. The board is sliding easily and smoothly. Delivery was not the fastest, but customer support was great.

    This marvelous piece of equipment has yielded truly astonishing results. I’m able to roll out my croissant dough to a perfect 4mm thickness, and I’ve achieved a whopping 81 layers. While the ideal number of layers in croissant dough is a subject of debate among pastry chefs, most agree that at least four turns or folds are necessary to achieve the desired texture. With this machine, I’ve far surpassed that minimum, resulting in croissants that are truly out of this world. I had to separate 1.2 kg of dough to a few small batches of dough to make a proper lamination. End result is 16 levely croissants. A thing to consider: The handle is not attached and you will need a screw driver to atached it.
